Refunds and Returns
Thank you for shopping with Norlenta. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review the following policy to understand how returns and refunds are handled.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must:

Be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Include all original tags, accessories, manuals, or other included materials.

Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt).

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, Norlenta will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that depending on your payment provider, additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@norlenta.com with photos and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at contact@norlenta.com for assistance.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If you have done this and still haven’t received it, contact us at contact@norlenta.com for further help.
